Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, For example, products that are damaged due to customer reasons and cannot be put on the shelves for sale again. and we will negotiate a partial refund with the customer if the product is damaged due to the buyer's problem and cannot be resold. 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately. If the customer needs to exchange the product due to their own reasons,  restocking fee will be incurred, which will be borne by the customer and is 10% of the product price.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund, too.
